Digital Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Products

SANOCEA (proprietorship of Manpreet Gulati) provides digital software toolkits, source code packages, and cloud-hosted website monitoring infrastructure. No physical goods or boxed hardware items are shipped.

2. Fulfillment of Self-Hosted Software (₹500 Plan)

Delivery of self-hosted packages occurs immediately upon successful confirmation and verification of payment:

• Instant Browser Download: Upon verified payment confirmation, a secure download link is rendered directly on your order confirmation screen.
• Download Link Parameters: Each download link is cryptographically signed and tied to your verified order. Download links remain valid for 24 hours from the time of issue and permit up to 5 complete downloads.
• Per-Order Watermarking: Each delivered software zip file dynamically contains an ORDER_LICENSE.txt document containing your specific order reference and license terms, together with an embedded header comment in monitor.py tying your copy to your order.
• Link Reissue: If your 24-hour window expires or you need to re-download the package at a later date, use the download resend form on the checkout page or contact hello@sanocea.com with your order ID, and our administrator can reissue an active link (up to 5 total link reissues).

3. Fulfillment of Managed Hosting Services (₹700 Plan)

Managed hosting includes immediate delivery of the complete software codebase plus configuration of checks on Sanocea's servers:

• Immediate Onboarding Confirmation & Code Download: Upon verified checkout, an onboarding confirmation page and a signed download link for M06_uptime_ssl_monitor.zip are displayed immediately on screen so you retain the code under your perpetual licence.
• Target Collection & Kick-Off: Within 2 business days of checkout, our engineering desk reaches out via the WhatsApp number or email you provided to confirm your target domain list, check frequencies, and alert routing preferences.
• Activation Commitment: Full refund of Rs 700 if checks are not running within 7 days of purchase. The 7 days pause while we are waiting for your website list or Telegram bot details.
