POLICY DRAFT · SANOCEA (proprietorship of Manpreet Gulati)
Terms and Conditions
Terms governing the purchase, licensing, and operation of Sanocea software and monitoring services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or using software tools and managed services provided by SANOCEA (proprietorship of Manpreet Gulati) (“Sanocea”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our software or services.
2. Product Licenses & Usage Rights
A. Self-Hosted Toolkit
Upon verified payment of ₹500, this software package is licensed by Sanocea for use within the purchasing business's internal operations. You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to install, execute, and modify the code solely for monitoring your own websites and applications (checks up to 10 sites in parallel).
Redistribution Restrictions: You may not sub-license, resell, lease, or publicly redistribute this package or any modified version thereof as a commercial product or service.
B. Managed Hosting Services
Managed hosting covers up to 10 sites with an onboarding fee of ₹700 (₹500 for the toolkit plus ₹200 for the first month of hosting), followed by ₹200/month recurring fees via renewal payment links. Service is subject to continuous payment. If renewal is unpaid, hosted checks cease after a 3-day grace period; you keep the code. As a managed customer, you receive the full downloadable software package under your perpetual licence today so you keep the code.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed securely via Razorpay. The amounts billed are determined strictly by server-side plan definitions:
- Self-Hosted: ₹500 one-time fee.
- Managed Hosting: ₹700 initial onboarding (₹500 for the toolkit plus ₹200 for the first month of hosting), followed by ₹200/month thereafter.
4. Delivery & Fulfillment
Digital downloads for the software toolkit (both self-hosted and managed) are provided immediately upon verified payment completion via a cryptographically signed, expiring download link valid for 24 hours (maximum 5 downloads). Managed hosting setup is initiated upon receipt of monitoring targets. Details are specified in our Digital Delivery Policy.
5. Refunds, Cancellations & Abuse Controls
Refund requests are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Key terms include:
- Refunds are granted within 7 days of purchase only if the workflow does not work as described and support could not fix it.
- The customer must provide diagnostic error output or logs and allow 2 business days for engineering remediation.
- Full refund of Rs 700 if checks are not running within 7 days of purchase. The 7 days pause while we are waiting for your website list or Telegram bot details.
- A refund ends the licence immediately; the customer must delete all copies and cease using the software.
- Limit of one refund per customer. Sanocea reserves the right to refuse refunds in instances of bad-faith abuse or fraud.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. How long they take to appear depends on your bank.
- For managed hosting, the “keep the code” guarantee applies to routine cancellations after the 7-day refund window, not to refunded accounts.
6. Support and Wind-Down Notice
Direct Support Channels: Email hello@sanocea.com (primary), Telegram @sanocea_support, and WhatsApp +91 99093 60065 (WhatsApp messages only; no phone support calls). Operating hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Replies within 2 business days.
Scope of Support: Personal guidance setting up the script, sites.json, and cron/task scheduling; fixing bugs or functional issues in delivered workflow code; and assistance with documented runtime requirements (Telegram Bot API, Python runtime, RDAP settings).
Exclusions: Custom software development, modifying your website's internal codebase, or external third-party platform changes beyond reasonable updates are not included.
Duration & Wind-Down: Support is provided for as long as Sanocea operates. If Sanocea ever winds down operations, you will receive at least 30 days' advance notice, and you retain the full source code and documentation under your perpetual licence.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Sanocea monitoring software and services only to monitor websites, applications, and endpoints that you own or are expressly authorised to monitor. You may not use the software to conduct denial-of-service tests, port scans, or unauthorised probe activities against third-party systems.
8. Service Limits & Disclaimers
Software and monitoring services are provided as-is without guarantee of uninterrupted uptime or guaranteed alert delivery. Checks run from a single server location. Delivery of alerts depends on third-party network providers, Telegram API availability, and your host network connection. Sanocea does not provide a financial uptime SLA.
9. Limitation of Liability & Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sanocea's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the software, managed services, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the software or managed service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Sanocea is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from monitored site downtime or missed notifications.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
