1. Who we are

SANOCEA (website design, AI automation and search intelligence) is operated by Manpreet Gulati, The Wallstreet, 5th floor - 536, Near Avadh Utopia, Surat, Gujarat - 394550, India. In this policy, “SANOCEA”, “we” and “us” mean that operator. You can reach us at hello@sanocea.com.

2. What we collect and why

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (through the Google tag) to understand how the site is used. It records page views and a small number of clicks, such as opening the live demo or clicking our email address, together with technical information such as browser, device, approximate location and an identifier stored in a cookie. We use this only to improve the website. You can block it with your browser settings, a content blocker, or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write. We use it to reply to you and to keep ordinary business records of the conversation.

Booking a call

If you book a call through our scheduling link, the details you enter are handled by our scheduling provider (Calnode) and passed to us so we can meet you. Their handling of that data is covered by their own privacy policy.

Technical logs

Like most web servers, ours may record technical request data (such as IP address, pages requested and time) in routine logs used for security and reliability.

3. The interactive demo

The live demo runs on sample data in a temporary sandbox session. If you choose to upload a sample CSV or enter a phone number to continue in the chat view, that input is used only to run your demo session. Sessions are designed to expire about 15 minutes after your last activity, and the session’s data is removed with it. Please do not upload real customer or personal data to the demo.

4. Google user data (Gmail integration)

SANOCEA uses a Google OAuth application, named “SANOCEA Demo”, to connect SANOCEA’s own business mailbox. It does not ask website visitors to sign in with Google and does not access any visitor’s Google account.

• Permissions requested: gmail.compose and gmail.readonly.
• What we use them for: creating draft emails for SANOCEA’s own business outreach, and checking existing drafts and sent mail so the same company is not contacted twice. The software cannot send email through this integration; sending is blocked in code, and a person reviews and sends any message.
• Sharing: we do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide these features, to comply with law, or with the account owner’s consent.
• AI: we do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.

SANOCEA’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account’s third-party access settings.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you (for example Google for analytics and email, our scheduling provider and our hosting provider), and where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Demo sessions are temporary, as described above. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings. Emails and booking details are kept for as long as they are needed for the relationship or for legal and accounting purposes, and then deleted.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email hello@sanocea.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top.
