Know when your website goes down before your customers do.
Checks whether your website is responding and whether its security certificate is approaching expiry, then sends an alert when a configured problem is detected.
Reads an invoice CSV file, identifies invoices that meet configured overdue rules and prepares or sends reminders according to its escalation schedule and suppression rules.
Businesses often spend time checking unpaid invoices and deciding when to follow up.
Reminders can be delayed or forgotten, making payment follow-up inconsistent and slowing down company cash flow.
This script reads an invoice spreadsheet (CSV export), identifies which invoices are past their due dates, and prepares or sends polite reminders according to a sensible schedule (a gentle note after 3 days, a firm reminder after 7 days, and a formal note after 15 days). It enforces a mandatory 3-day quiet window between reminders so clients are never spammed.
Makes routine overdue-invoice follow-up more consistent without manual calculation. You can run it in safe Dry-Run mode to review every email before deciding to send.
Technical Setup Guidance: The script includes a safe --dry-run option. We strongly recommend testing with --dry-run first to preview exactly what would be prepared before enabling real email dispatch.
